FATHER'S DAY CARBINE RIFLE SHOOT

We're going to have a great day on the range with rifles.  Designed for fathers and sons alike.  It's a great way to let off some steam and have some great fun together as family.  What better way to accomplish this than by throwing lead downrange!  There will be some instruction this day and safety is the number one goal.

We will focus on the rifle for civilians using iron sights or optics. Range work quickly moves from basic marksmanship to intermediate to advanced tactical movement, use of cover, various firing positions, pivots and turns, use of muzzle down and pivoting with proper positioning, use of the “safety circle” concept, emergency reloading under stress, firing while moving, engaging multiple threats, unconventional and difficult shooting positions, and active decision-making.  Students will run through tactical courses of fire from a professionally-developed lesson plan.  Students will also participate in several skill-building drills that will have them contacting, aiming, shooting, moving, and running their carbine rifle platform better and faster than before. shooting, moving, and running their carbine rifle platform better and faster than before.  We'll add in some good fun competetivie and timed tasks as well!
