Privacy Policy
Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. The following outlines our privacy policy.
-
Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.
-
We will collect and use of personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.
-
We will only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes.
-
We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned.
-
Personal data should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used, and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
-
We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
-
We will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information.
We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.
DISCLAIMER: Unless otherwise noted, in reference to each specific class we offer, "this is not an NRA Approved Course"
If the course description states that the class is NRA approved or sanctioned, then the disclaimer does not apply to that particular class. Per NRA policies, we refrain from associating the NRA name, logo, or artwork with any classes that do not meet NRA specific standards.

Modification of Policy
Policies may be changed or modified at any time. It is your responsibility to be aware of policies prior to making payment or registering for any course.
Prepayment or Deposits
We understand that emergencies occur in our daily lives. We also understand that a commitment to excellence and integrity is expected from all students. We have chosen to adopt a refund policy which hopes to account for "no-shows" and non-commitment to attending the classes for which a student has registered, but still provides the highest customer service level possible. By signing up or registering for a class, you and your students agree to this policy.

All classes, including concealed carry certification classes, require a non refundable deposit or prepayment in full. All deposits and prepayments are required at time of booking and are a prerequisite to attending a course. You will not be allowed to attend without making a deposit or prepayment for the class. Stoneridge Tactical offers courses that are in high-demand and most often, this leads to completely full classes.

Refund Policy
All of our classes are always full. This “no refund” policy is always enforced. We have asked that you please be committed to attending prior to making prepayment because as you know from making your prepayment and agreeing to the policy listed on the website on the payment page and on the policy page, there are NO REFUNDS or transfers to another class if you miss the class or cancel after prepayment is made, for any reason, no exceptions. This includes medical issues of any kind, doctor's orders, or government mandates and rules. The reason for the medical issue is irrelevant. Please understand, you may reschedule if you can’t make it but you will certainly have to make another prepayment for the new date like everyone else. If we cancel the class, you will be offered a refund or another alternative. You are made aware of this policy in each email we send, on the website just above the “BUY NOW” button for your prepayment, and on both the class schedule and policy pages. We do our part by actively turning people away on your behalf after the class has filled, in order to maintain your seat. It is not fair to those people for a student to be committed, make their prepayment, cancel then ask for a refund. Therefore, we appreciate your respect in adhering to this policy. It’s funny how some folks agree to the policy and have no problem with it until it’s “THEM” that wants to cancel after making prepayment and agreeing to the policy.

There are no men allowed in our women-only courses. Do not bring other observers, infants, children, or animals to the class unless otherwise noted.

Prepayment of a nonrefundable payment or deposit is required to enroll and participate in most courses. If you are committed and have the time, this shouldn't be a problem for you. By making your payment for classes, you understand and are agreeing to our REFUND POLICY. Sometime after making your payment, you will receive a "REMINDER EMAIL" with detailed address/class time/driving/what to bring/policy/parking instructions. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to plan ahead, make proper arrival arrangements, and make sure you receive that email as it will certainly have been sent to you. It is important to check your spam folder. If you do not have that email by 7 days prior class date, contact us and we will make sure you have it. Waiting until the morning of the class and claiming "I didn't get a reminder email and I didn't know where to go" is not a valid claim for "no-showing" or getting left behind in your class. You should be committed to attending as prepayments are nonrefundable and non transferable to another class. Live fire classes are not available to those women who are pregnant. If you prepay for these courses and cannot attend due to pregnancy, there are no refunds or transfers of any kind. If you or a person in your party cancels or "no-shows" for ANY reason, they forfeit their deposit. Forfeited deposits cannot be used to bring in another student in their place. Check the class schedule for our upcoming classes

However, if we cancel or postpone the course for any reason, we will offer you a refund, transfer to a new class, or an online option to complete your course for certification, or all three! We turn away students that fail to make their prepayments in lieu of students that pay. We protect paid spots by doing so. We are a "first paid-first seated" organization. If the class fills before your payment is made, you will likely be dropped from the class and your seat given to those that have prepaid in a timely manner per our policy. Based on this knowledge, you are encouraged to make your deposits or prepay immediately upon signing up for the class.
If you or a person in your party cancels for any reason, they forfeit their deposit. Forfeited deposits cannot be used to bring in another student in their place. We do not accept payment in advance for classes.
