Personal data should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used, and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
We will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information.
We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.
DISCLAIMER: Unless otherwise noted, in reference to each specific class we offer, "this is not an NRA Approved Course"
If the course description states that the class is NRA approved or sanctioned, then the disclaimer does not apply to that particular class. Per NRA policies, we refrain from associating the NRA name, logo, or artwork with any classes that do not meet NRA specific standards.
Class Costs and Refund Policy
We understand that emergencies occur in our daily lives. We also understand that a commitment to excellence and integrity is expected from all students. We have chosen to adopt a refund policy which hopes to account for "no-shows" and non-commitment to attending the classes for which a student has registered, but still provides the highest customer service level possible. By signing up or registering for a class, you and your students agree to this policy.
All classes, including concealed carry certification classes, require a non refundable deposit or prepayment in full. All deposits and prepayments are required at time of booking and are a prerequisite to attending a course. You will not be allowed to attend without making a deposit or prepayment for the class. Stoneridge Tactical offers courses that are in high-demand and most often, this leads to completely full classes. Because of this, we have adopted a policy whereby deposits and prepayments are nonrefundable and nontransferable to another class in the future if YOU choose to cancel your seat. If we cancel or postpone the course for any reason, we will offer you a refund, transfer to a new class, or an online option to complete your course for certification, or all three! We often turn away students that fail to make their prepayments in lieu of students that pay. We are a "first paid-first seated" organization. If the class fills before your payment is made, you will likely be dropped from the class and your seat given to those that have prepaid in a timely manner per our policy. Based on this knowledge, you are encouraged to make your deposits or prepay immediately upon signing up for the class. By making your deposit or prepayment, you are committing yourself to attendance in the course.
We do not accept payment in advance for various other classes except our Simunition Live-Fire classes, concealed classes, and other "large group" classes, based on pre-arrangements. If you send payment in full, your payment is subject to the following guidelines:
All Classes Except Simunition Courses and Concealed Classes
In the event of cancellation 7 days or more prior to the scheduled class date, you will receive a credit for all monies paid less any non refundable deposits. The credit will be good toward any class or course we provide. For example, if you signed up for an Unarmed/Armed Private Security Certification class for which you wish to pay the full amount in advance, a portion of that amount will be your non refundable deposit (deposit amounts vary from course to course, depending on the cost of the course). The remaining portion will be held on account to pay for your student in a future course. In the event you cancel (no matter the cause or reason) anytime after full payment is made for the course, you will receive a full credit (the full payment amount less any deposits made) that will be held on account for your utilization toward a future class. No refund will be given. Given this information, it is not advisable to make full payments in advance for any course other than listed above.
*Cancellations occurring less than 7 days prior to the class date will result in forfeiture of all class costs paid for that cancellation.
Course costs vary starting at $450. Deposits vary as well with the class. Total class costs are due in advance no more than 7 days prior to the class date. If you fail to pay your entire class costs prior to that time, all deposits will be withheld and admittance to the class will disallowed, unless special arrangements are made in advance. In the event of cancellation 7 days or more prior to the scheduled class date, your deposit will withheld and no refunds will be made. For cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled course date but more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled course date, a full credit of all amounts paid, less your class deposit, will be provided good toward a future Simunition course. No refunds will be provided. For cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled course date, no refunds or credits will be provided.
There are no full or partial refunds for Annual Memberships. When purchased, you have purchased a pass to be included in the courses the membership offers. If you violate range rules or become a danger to others, you may be asked to leave the range without a refund.
All cancellations must be in writing. You may send cancellation notices to firstname.lastname@example.org
