"LIVE-FIRE" RIFLE CLASS

CLASS COST: $100

Our "real-range-time class is taught by NRA-Certified Advanced Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors.  This class is similar to the "INDOOR" class with the difference being the experience of all the exhileration and fun of noise, power, recoil, and outdoor targets for your young shooter, and yet full professional supervision by advanced law enforcement and NRA firearms instructors!

Shooting exercises will be overseen and monitored by a Certified Chief Range Safety Officer.  This gives children the perfect opportunity to learn to shoot in an outdoor venue with professional instructors where safety is paramount.  This class is great for the beginning shooter or the child that already has a firm foundation of basic firearm safety principles in theory and practicality taught at home.  We will begin in the classroom in Central Point.  Shoters will learn rifle handling techniques and rifle safety prior to moving to the live-fire range.  We will have a lunch break before driving to the range.  We will then drive to Eagle Point.  At the range, students will engage in practical live-fire handling and shooting under direct instructor supervision.  You must make proper arrangements to be at both locations the same day.  The Stoneridge Private Range is in rural Eagle Point just off of Rogue River Drive.

This course is identical to any outdoor range course for adults with the exception of the special care required for younger shooters.  This course is great for students that have a higher-tolerance level to noise and regular lethal live fire.  By the end of the class, your child will be empowered, shoot safer, and more accurately, while maintaining firearm safety as they learn to handle, manipulate, load, unload, and fire their rifle.  We also rent rifles for this class for $25.
